Returns and Refunds Policy
At Romantasy Addict Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality treasures for the magical community. Because our items are made to order, they are created specifically for you the moment your purchase is confirmed. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our policies differ from standard retail stores.
The Custom Order Commitment
Every item in our shop is manufactured on demand. Because these products do not exist until you order them, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to review the size charts provided in the listings to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next reading marathon or royal event.
Defects and Errors
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was received, we will absolutely make it right. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately at romantasyaddictco@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the damage and arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping and Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address with the care of a scribe recording ancient lore. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to have the package resent. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the delivery with our carriers.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For customers residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all EU returns.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may require up to 10 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
