The Romantasy Addict Shipping Decree

At Romantasy Addict Co., we work with dedicated artisans to bring our designs to life. Because every item is crafted specifically for you, the journey from our workshop to your doorstep involves two main stages: production and transit.

Origin of Goods All our treasures are proudly designed and shipped from the United States. Please keep this in mind when calculating potential transit times and customs requirements for your specific kingdom.

Processing and Production Since each item is made to order, it takes time to cast the magic. Our standard processing time is 2 to 7 business days. During peak seasons or after major book releases, this can vary slightly, but we aim to have your gear ready as quickly as possible.

Estimated Transit Times Once your order has been crafted and handed over to our couriers, here are the estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 2 to 5 business days via standard ground shipping.

  • Canada: 3 to 10 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 15 business days (please note that on rare occasions, customs can extend this up to 20 days).

  • International: 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination and local postal magic.

Tracking Your Treasure As soon as your order winnows out of our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once the label has been created.

Customs and Import Fees For our international customers outside of the US, please be aware that your kingdom may charge import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they might be.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If 15 business days have passed and there has been no movement on your tracking link, please contact us at romantasyaddictco@gmail.com. We will do everything in our power to help locate missing items, but we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Shipping Delays While we strive for perfection, occasionally the mortal world experiences delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier backlogs. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your bookish gear into your hands.
